Misunderstood pt.1

You know one of the most frustrating moments in life, is when you are misunderstood by people.
I tell you, it is such a difficult time that you have to overcome.
And yet no matter how hard you try to rephrase and reshape the idea that you're trying to get across, you come off as something different to them. And you have no control over it. Maybe that's the most frustrating part of all. That no matter how good the words you say, it might still have a different effect on the one hearing it.

I'm thinking whether most leaders have this issue, or is it just me?
